Our Story

In 1991, we started as a full spectrum talent management company with a focus on careers first and leadership second.  Since 2003, it became more obvious that the missing element to solving business and team performance problems is an understanding of the organizational, team and individual personal strengths and how they can be combined to add value.

Michael has chosen to establish a new business – Insights Into Success (I2S)- to optimize focus on the Harrison Assessments as the primary diagnostic tool.   We still coach and consult in order to support your goals as we gain insight from the primary assessment effort.

Michael has a deep and broad history of providing coaching, analysis, assessment, and support for leaders and executives throughout the U.S. and the globe. He has been an integral part of the success of several companies and with the development of tools and processes to improve talent management, acquisition, and development, as well as transition coaching.

Mike Gasapo

Consultant

Mike is a former Marine with numerous command and staff assignments as a communications officer in the Far East and Southwest Asia.   He has been the strategy and research manager for an R&D firm and had P&L responsibility as  plant manager for a medical gas company.
